Lee Krasnow scrive: "this difficult puzzle consists of 12 pieces, ten of which are the same rotationally symmetricaly shape. of the remaining two, one is missing an end block (it's the key piece) and the other one has that missing end block augmented onto its side. they assemble into a symmetrical cluster, and although the shape is not obvious, it is not too difficult to figure out how the pieces should fit if you are familiar with rhombododecahedral geometry. the hard part is getting the last piece in place (well, the second to last... the key piece is the last piece, and it is easy to insert) assembly (and disassembly) involves shifting several pieces back and forth. the puzzle is hollow (the hollow space is a rhombic dodecahedron) however nothing can be put inside this space because it is needed for the pieces to shift. consequently, there are times when you will find yourself unable to shift a piece the way that you want to because the portion of the center that you need is occupied by another piece."
Ladies and gentlemen......Lee Krasnow
